Rahul Wadhwa

Rahul has over 4 years of finance experience on the buy side, investing in opportunities across Private Equity, SPACs, and Venture Capital. Prior to CCM, Rahul was a Private Equity Senior Associate at Navigation Capital Partners, where he focused on SPAC sponsor and PIPE investments, and leveraged buyouts across TMT, infrastructure, and business services sectors. Before Navigation, Rahul was a Venture Associate at Leo Capital, a venture capital fund investing in early stage technology opportunities across South East Asia.

Rahul holds a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and was a Senior Research Assistant for Emory’s Endowment fund, leading development of various cash management strategies for the fund.
