Steve is a seasoned and dynamic finance leader with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, specializing in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions advisory, SPAC advisory, and capital raising. Steve has extensive experience across several sectors, including, but not limited to, consumer internet, enterprise software and SaaS, financial technology, mobile gaming, online marketplaces, PropTech, MedTech, and other disruptive technologies. Leveraging deep industry relationships, Steve has led over 50 successful mergers and acquisitions transactions exceeding $200 billion in value.

Prior to CCM, Steve was at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, where he provided M&A advisory services to high-growth technology companies. Steve started his career at KPMG, conducting buy-side accounting diligence for private equity transactions.

Steve holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. Originally from the East Coast, Steve now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children.
